At Q Acoustics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day trial period.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the speakers are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label and clear RMA documentation, then securely attach them to the outside of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
